Where in Fairfax County can I stand in front of a wall of plugged in window unit air conditioners so I can choose which one best fits my needs?

I would suggest you use real science instead of standing in front of a wall of AC units in order to figure out which one has best output.

Try google and look for technical information for each unit.

Did you go to FCPS?

But I also enjoy standing in front of a wall of window units so I can cool down because its very hot outside.

Refrigerator/beer cooler section of the local grocery store.
