Wake up, seriously. Manassas and Springfield Mall were owned, until recently, by the same company, Vornado. Manassas Mall was sold to Pyramid, who's doing a stellar job at fixing that place up. Pretty much, the only place you'll find turquoise in the mall nowadays are the map stands and the entrances (which are all being replaced now). Don't believe me?

It's not really the management's fault that it went down/hasn't been demolished. Blame it on the area demographics, even though it isn't that bad. I'm pretty sure this could spark some revitalization/higher-end shops later on.
