GMU median strip

Why in the hell are they tearing up the concrete median at Roanoke River (across from the Sunoco station) AGAIN.

This has to be at least the third time they've redone that narrow little concrete median---totally fucking up traffic.

With the appalling condition of a lot of the roads around here, why are they wasting money on that shit?
