Car Insurance question
Posted by: Stan the Man ()
Date: May 01, 2015 09:06PM

Ok. So my car inspection has expired but it still has good registered plates till June. It is insured. If I drive it and get in an accident can I still collect on insurance even though it's inspection is expired?

Part II
Let's say the tags and inspection are expired but it is still insured and I drive it and get in an accident. Of course I would get a ticket for the expired registration and inspection but could I still collect on insurance?

Why don't you just get the inspection done instead of asking all of these retarded what if questions?

This is the type of logic a stupid nigger uses on questions white people would never think about.

..I asked the question because the car won't pass inspection. And if the car won't pass inspection then the car cannot become registered. Duh.
So if I slam on the brakes and someone is following me to close, then I can collect insurance. It was a simple thought process.

Sometimes I wonder if anyone on this site has an IQ over 57..

Even if the insurance pays up, they might not be fixing what needs to be fixed to make the car pass inspection.

A few issues with your less than brilliant idea.

1) What you propose is insurance fraud, a criminal act punishable by jail time.

2) You assume that the person that hits you is insured. If not, you either collect nothing or have to file a claim against your own comp and collision, which will raise your artes significnantly for several years.

3) Insurance rep is correct. Unless the car is totalled, you will still have to pay to fix what needs to be fixed to pass inspection. Insurance only covers what is damaged by the accident. An adjuster can easily tell the difference.

4) dumbass libturdz overestimated your IQ. It is clearly less than 20.

Read the exclusions portion of your insurance policy.

It's unlikely they have an exclusion specifically for this case, but you don't want to have an accident and then discover that your insurance company is denying your claim because of your failure to have your car inspected.

It's a common trick for an insurance company to deny a claim (especially an injury claim) because of defective safety equipment on your vehicle, and having an expired inspection sticker strengthens their case and weakens yours.

People caught driving without current inspection, registration and insurance should be put in prison for at least a year.

Blacks and illegals and transgenders of any race should be exempt from this, of course.

THE car is older than 20 years old so I want it to be totaled. It is not fraud if someone is tailgating me and I slam on the brakes, I saw a squirrel in the road, and then the other driver is at fault. I have collision on the car also.
I don't want it fixed.....driving on route 50 or route 29 should do fine.

Stan the Moron, tell me how that is fraud? A normal accident. My IQ was just raised to 25.

What if a Hail storm causes havoc on my car? Legitimate question.

yes unless there seems to be a tie between the accident and lack of inspection

upon which you may become partly liable

justice is blind if you do not ask for something to be weighed it might well not be

you could complain the "connection" was doubtful and unproven

but the insurer could make the same claim oppositely equally well forth

you might become partly liable

Ok. Acceptable answers.

What if a hail storm ruined the car or a tree fell on it? Insurance people, straight answer please....My IQ is now up to 37.5

Serious about the above questions.

Would you people rather live in Maryland where you get your car inspected "one time", yes "one time"!!! I've had it inspected every year except this year.

if it's illegal to buy auto insurance using credit cards ...

why do insurers honor government workers? they lost their credit rating.

That second graf makes no sense at all (as usual), but the first is wrong anyway. I pay my auto insurance with a credit card every six months.

find the man i'll find you the law

there's been allot of crooked law hacking by state legislatures just within the past decade or two

there's no telling how lengthy their insurance payout rules are

you can bet they will take any excuse not to pay out, and that a crooked judge might well favor them to skip payment - for a kickback

Depends on the insurance. I have experience working with insurance companies, 60% of insurance companies pay out hard and sometimes they don’t at all. because I myself used to work as insurance agents and in most little-known companies we were ordered to do everything possible and impossible in order to get as much money from the client and pay him as little as possible. This is what most companies do except Money Expert car insurance. That is why they have a huge customer base and excellent reputation

"Stan", if the rear-end collision transpires due to a deliberate cutting off or slamming the brakes, the insurance claim will be against you and the other party's insurance may decline to pay for damages to your car.
As for your other stupid question, if the car is titles and insured, it is insured whether it is inspected or even registered.

"THE car is older than 20 years old so I want it to be totaled"

"What if a hail storm ruined the car or a tree fell on it?"

The car is virtually worthless; if it it "totaled" you'll get peanuts for it, and this is assuming that you paid extra for comprehensive insurance on top of your liability insurance, and you paid to have a low deductible stipulated in youdr policy.

It's not even worth having such insurance on such a crap car. If a tree falls on it, buy another one. If you just want it gone, donate it and deduct a $400 donation on your taxes.

Jot a job and earn some money so you won't waste your time trifling with such petty nonsense.

Your policy has a clause saying the car must be
legally operated to get insurance.

You will be denied and get nothing.

Gerrymanderer2 (G2, the OP original poster or spammer just above, perhaps both) posts several lies on ffu daily - many think he's a fx co gov worker who is getting paid to do it for false DNC democrat "advertising". He floods ffu with useless posts to bump down major news, demoralize americans. G2 posts fecal matter, mutilated bodies, child porn, foreign drug ads and sneaker ads, tells people to kill themselves and government should seize them and put them on psych pills in prison without a trial - decided by DNC democrats gov workers, promotes kangaroo courthouse trials, gives anti-religious rants, gives satanic ritual rants, posts black males with large dicks on white young females, portends white low birth rate and fall of USA whites, suggestive of food tampering/poisoning to solve the white problem, and anything possible to demoralize any americans on ffu - all of which are fake news he never responds to proofs it is fake. (perhaps g2 is a chinese prisoner or isis member - but definitely knowledgeable of fx co gov from the inside at times). The website operator has told him "not to post or return" (in an existing post by the sysop): not because of a political leaning but for continual illegal and gross spam along with messages that are only to demoralize if not kill others. G2 plays at financial terrorism as well; continually reporting fake and false financial data. G2 fakes emergency pleas to deaden the real response to any real one - like a devil. G2 continually spams FFU - which all users complain of: it is a real DoS attack - the attacks are not just topic bumps but designed to inject key words to kill ffu and google search results. G2 continually promotes drug use, alcoholic experimentation, and tries to convince members to meet hookers using photos from the 1990's (i doubt any that did are not arrested or dead). G2 continually posts racist posts and gay posts egging others to comment - then attacks who does - AND RECORDS IT (likely for political extortion). G2 and dems MONITOR AND RECORD* "conservatives who blast out these democrat lies and illegal abuse of telephone privilege (sometimes in a raw manner, being so jaded by the job)" (users who object to G2's actions listed so far). One ffu member discovered a south american country recording FFU databasing all posts in a non-chat database format - and when questioned - another member quickly said it was all coincidence and that this was done everywhere in the world on all sites: WHICH IS A LIE. Not all countries record the every word of what fairfaxians say on blogs. Extortion is also mentioned by G2. And the idea he's fishing for comments he can use against anyone who'd run for office is "just assume he's in that business" - and i've warned others that is what he fishes for - excuses to attack conservatives and or to extort them.

SOME POSTERS ON FFU FEEL G2 IS A JOKER: I ASSURE YOU THE ABOVE COMPLAINTS ARE GENUINELY A THREAT TO ONLOOKERS (THE UN-INTIATED), NON-DEMOCRATS, AND TO ANYONE STATING THAT LAWS SHOULD BE IMPOSED ON DEMOCRATS EQUALLY AS DEMOCRATS IMPOSE THEM ON OTHERS: MONEY

LEGAL NOTICE: DEMOCRATS HAVE `SWATTED' THE HOMES OF SOME FFU POSTS WHO REFUTE G2 AND CALL DEMS OUT ON THEFT AND LIES - AND EXPOSE THE LAWS THEY COULD BE PROSECUTED FOR BREACH OF TRUST. THAT'S A CONFIRMED WITNESSED FACT. IT IS NO JOKE WHAT G2 IS DOING. HIS CONTINUAL FISHING IS NOT IDLE - THEY ARE TRIGGERED AND ARMED. which i've warned others about since, about 2010 - that G2 is fishing for men to "erase" politically, by any means available to him

G2 has now been wimpering that anti-G2 posts are "unfair" and that users who protest G2 should be blocked, SWATTED (see above), and forced on medications (see above), and that "someone else is G2". However - do not let the vicious foreign attacker fool you into your death our out of your community: G2 has been active since exactly the beginning of 2017 "hillary has already won the election" set of lies and has only DOUBLED spam recently - yes the suicide taunting of others, false information, and all else listed above. He is not wimpering for help he has doubled the spam and vicious attacks (or they, communist/facist using federal money. I pinned him correctly when I began this warning post.

GO BACK TO HELL G2. YOU ARE EXPOSED.

FAIRFAX HAS BEEN ARRESTING AND JAILING PEOPLE WHO "MAKE A MISTAKE IN TRAFFIC" AS FELONIES (felony to run a red, felony to be distracted driving, etc)

the loophole is that if the driver in the accident is charged with a felony the asian local insurers don't have to pay

AND BY THE WAY G2, DROP DEAD

You're following the wrong path because in an insurance policy it's extremely important to consider even the little things. That's why third party insurance can be your salvation in this situation. In any case, you can handle it if you study more information about it. I'm sure you can handle it with this resource at your fingertips. Good luck with that.
