I use to be a member of the Citizens DUI patrol in Fairfax County...but after an alarming incident this past weekend I never want anything to do with them again.
One of the members (who shall remain anonymous at this time) actually reported on duty with a dead cat in his hands. He stated that he needed this dead cat to bring him good luck when it came to arresting citizens who were entoxicated or high on PCP.

Harold is no longer a member of CDUIP for this reason. I thought we agreed at the last meeting to not release this information to the public.

We agreed to not talk about when Frank got caught driving around without any pants on and the peeping tom incident, not the dead cat. Know the facts before you post!

I'd also like to remind members to NOT put video of their Johnsons on the survilance tapes. This is serious work we are doing!

Lets not forget about Tom Reynolds....the so called "Incest Lover" of the Citizens DUI patrol ....humping his own children to be accepted into the CDUIP. Thats what it takes these days to become a member people.....lets reunite!
