Well of course he died! His skank ho girl friend was giving him a blow job while he drove, he got distracted and crashed, and that caused her to bite off his dick. Then he bled to death. Silly niggers. And now she's lying to cover it up.

Officer’s Rabain’s cruiser, an older model 2006 vehicle, was equipped with a dash-mounted video camera that was broken and not capable of functioning at the time of the crash.

“The vehicle that was assigned to Officer Rabain, the video camera does not work,” Magaw says.


Why of course. How convenient.

2006? That has to be a misprint. Cops don't drive 9 year old cars around here.
