Squatters in Vienna?

A resident living in the 100 block of Yeonas Drive, S.E., told Vienna police on Feb. 8 at 1:19 p.m. that she had contracted with a tracking service to locate her cat, Pookie.

She told police that Riley, the service dog, had tracked around a vacant residence and indicated that a cat, possibly Pookie, might be inside the house.

A Vienna police officer entered the vacant residence and found evidence there may have been squatters, with cats, living in the house before police arrived. Although there was evidence that cats had been in the house, Pookie was not located, police said.

Vienna cops don't have no time to be finding no stray cats. They are plenty busy directing traffic around all the matterass discount stores.
