Arlington PD in some sort of standoff near Falls Church/Arlington/Fairfax border

Lots of APD cruisers in the neighborhood near where the W&OD crosses Little Falls. At least 5 cruisers around one of the duplexes. Any info?

Since W&OD passes nowhere near Little Falls in Arlington, you may want to amend your post.
