And a plaintiff's attorney would not let it go this far if they did not expect a big payout at the end... much more than hourly fees. If he is living in a house owned by a relative, they may end up with the title to it. Same with a car or anything else of value owned by others on his behalf.

There has to be more to this than the repetitive crap we read on Fairfax Underground.

Of course there's more to it. Do you actually think everything that happens gets posted on here? It's a trial with many components and much of it has never been made public.

There's only a big payout in this case if you think Eesh is rich. They may get a big judgment, but I doubt it would be collectable. The plaintiffs' motivation is to make it so they never hear from this guy again, in any forum or in any way.
