Just curious to know if fcps will delay or close due to the weather tomorrow morning. It's freezing Rain with snow and it will start at like 9 in the morning. What do u guys think, can anyone verify if it will close?

Us students really need a day off. The teachers did not even finish covering the curriculm and they are giving us midterms, that we got a week notice to study for. LCPS is much more fair. They cancelled their midterms because the teachers did not cover the material. I have so many tests and quizzes next week, just like other students. Honestly, I have not gotten at least five hours of sleep everyday since the past week. My math teacher told us that we will have a midterm six days before it. How am I expected to study the entire year within less than a week and keep up with my other classes and extra curricular activity work? Please cancel school tomorrow. It will snow, and I do not want it to be a repeat of that day early in this month. I go to the bus stop at 6:30 in the morning. I almost slipped and fell twice because of snow. My friend broke her arm because of the ice and frozen weather. My bus almost tipped over because of the snow. Be considerate of the bus drivers also.

I hope that school is closed tomorrow, or at least a delay. Might as well use those eleven snow days. We're not going to 'dumb down' from not going to school for a day or two.

I would say a two hour delay will probably be the order of the day. Streets in Kings Park West - and the minor streets - are clear, so to do anything more would be big overkill. Better get that homework done.....
