There are some people who would rather not order something off the internet, but would prefer instead to pick it up in person from a store. NoVa used to have a few places where you could go and get out of town papers and international publications. The ones I know of are gone, and I am not sure if there are any left. If a google search doesn't turn up some eclectic bookstore OP, your only option might be to order it on line.

Sad, but true. I think all of the places where you could've once picked up a copy are all out of business now. Places like the News Stand in Merrifield, Target, even Boarder's books that carried foreign magazines are all gone now.
