Fire near Rt7/Rt28 1/9/2015

A lot of black smoke from my view at Route28 & Old ox. Looks like its closer to Rt28/Rt7 intersection. Anybody knows whats going on?

It is a warming fire which was intentionally set so that Fairfax County school go to class on time on Monday
