FCPS closed on the 9th?

I know this is really stupid but I am just curious.... Could FCPS be closed on the 9th? If so, what are the reasons?

Of course closed!

Fairfax county kids can not be outside in weather below 30 degrees.

It's just WAY too much for Fairfax county kids to handle.

All Fairfax County public schools will be closed tomorrow, Friday January 9 (Condition 5). School offices and central offices will open at 10 a.m. with an unscheduled leave policy in effect. Details.
