The bus failure in Fairfax County was predicted bi Nostradamus in the Quatrains he rendered in the 16th century.

"He shall see thy busses lay fallow whilst other locals be just 2 hours late"

Is that a joke? Virginia barely uses salt compared to actual winter climates.
