fucking foriegners niggers will crash public vehicles for insurance scams and towing company "kick backs"

that's why europe sucks. they are all communist gov workers and scam because they never have anything to loose

and the only reason the scams work is because scammer gov workers ignore laws saying the scams are not allowed "to work"

(it's illegal for gov to give itself incentive to do scams)

You make it sound like driving is some specialized skill like flying a fighter jet.

Sometimes, tires don't grip (especially with lighter rear wheeled drive cars) and cars slide around and might go off the road.

I know, 'cus I've done both, and it ain't the same.
