Why didn't Slow Bobby run for reelection???

McDonnell could have beaten Fast Terry. Why didn't he run again? Same goes for Warner and Gilmore. They all refused to run for a 2nd term.

This has to be a troll post. What are the chances someone could easily name three of the last four governors, yet be unaware of the rule preventing governors from serving consecutive terms.

I'll take that bet. I'll say those chances are about as good as the Redskins getting into the playoffs with RGIII and Out at the helm.
