Is Dulles Toll free road to use? Yes?

Coming to area and staying at the hotel. Is the road free or toll?

Well now, let's take a look at the name of the road, shall we? Dulles TOLL road, what do you think? But seriously if you get on middle bit that goes straight through to the airport, yes it's free, but if you only go part way then you have to pay a toll.

the dulles access road is not a toll road. the dulles TOLL road is a toll road.

There were tolls charged every five miles on Little River Turnpike during all of its existence as a privately-operated but publicly subsidized road (1806-1896). It eventually extended from Alexandria to Aldie.
