Another Fatal Accident on the 495 EZ-Pass Express Lanes?

Another backup on I-495 at Braddock Road with the express lanes closed after a crash near the Braddock entrance. Pick up truck was mangled pretty bad. Ambulance on the scene but did not seem to be in a hurry to get the guy out.

Anyone know what happened this time?
