4th conviction for driving without a license in Virginia
Posted by: DWOL ()
Date: December 18, 2014 02:21AM

I was just in an accident with another car whose driver was driving without a license for the FOURTH time in Virginia. Court records show 3 prior convictions in Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William Counties between 2011 and June of 2014, just 6 months ago. This is his 4th offense (yes, 4th) which just happened in Fairfax County. His previous penalties ranged from $50 to $250 plus court costs. Ir looks like he just paid the fines and was on his way to driving once again.

As this is "JUAN's" 4th offense, what will Fairfax County do to him this time?

He'll get an Obama phone and free health care. His kids will get free meals at a school that caters to Hispanics. His wife will buy Corona on issued EBT card, and 90% of the money he earns painting drywall will go to El Salvador.

Nothing will happen to him. You will be bent over a barrel by your insurance company as your rates increase due to your uninsured motorist claim.

Megan Toohey is still driving around without a license, even after being convicted of driving without one several times in the past. Nothing will happen to you either, Juan.

Yeah she owes way more than the guy you're describing. He won't get in trouble.

"Juan" will likely get a jail sentence which will require him to serve in the ballpark of 10-20 active days. During this time, ICE will probably talk to him and do what they want.

Update:

The judge didn't ask and the cop didn't offer the information about the 3 (YES THREE) prior DWOL convictions. Jose got off with a $100 fine and $90 court costs and promised he wouldn't drive in VA again without a license. I almost couldn't contain myself in the court room. WTF

And then after you move to Fredericksburg to escape the high taxes as the schools bleed us out, he will be living in YOUR House on Section 8

You can Thank Obama and the Democrats!

don't be rediculous. did he pay for the damage or not?

-----------------------
i witnessed a jaun walk off from traffic offense no license no citizenship "says he's from california" but doesn't speek english too well

it's the judges fault if you have a situation (in VA mind you) where uninsured (meaning those who are not illegally being blocked from doing so but in normal circumstances always have)

it's the judges fault if they are doing damage and not paying and getting back on the road multiple times

i'm not saying prisontime is an answer personally i prefer the 2,000 yr old answer: forced slavery (note: back then it mean at night they went home as usual - forced employement or pay docking is the modern equiv.)

put him in jail costs ME MONEY FUCK THAT

be easer drag him back to mexico and force them to pay for "their citizen's debt"

but anyway those who stick to the stith of the law stick to the bark right ??

my other "most likely cause" (which matters in the law) is ...

he's doing it to help people get auto insurance money

and your one of them

at any rate if you want to see how to keep a drunk or idiot off a horse i'm sure "datum of jurisprudence" has a cause and effect table of considerations to finish before decision

OP is clearly a RACIST! A BIGOT! A xenophobe! That poor, undocumented immigrant - what is his name? I'd like to ensure that he's comfortable in taxpayer-funded luxury housing. Meanwhile, I'd like to track down the OP and have him/her arrested for harassing my beloved constituent.

Undocumented driving is not a crime. It's not a crime do drive without a physicallicense or to drive unlicensed completely. You don't need insurance to drive a car.

This white privileger deserves whatever he gets. The roads aren't "white only" like the goobers around her wish they were. Ashholes!

Let's all hold hands and sing a song about diversity, enrichment and understanding.

!Viva mi coche y viva La Raza!
