This what happens in the 2nd and 3rd generation after migration. You are on the right path, and every day, more and more people join you. Be the person you are. Enjoy the people that others are. Skip the bigots. It might not seem like it now, but there is a reason why old people tell you that life is short. There isn't enough time to waste any of it on bigots. Just blow them off and move on. Let them shrivel and die in their dark little corners.
