Hmm...all I can think of in there since that plaza opened are CPK and Sakoontra. Over what, 20 years? That doesn't seem like "don't last too long". Or am I forgetting several others?

And seriously, wasn't Sakoontra there a while? We tried it once, thought it mediocre and never went back.

^ There's a Subway in there, if it counts. I don't remember any other restaurants in that center. Sakoontra has been there for at least 15 years. Wasn't impressed the one time I went.

Sakoontra was at that location for at least 13 years. Is that not too long?

Anyway, check their website and you will see that they are moving not far away to Union Mill, opening Spring 2015.

According to a sign on the side of the building, this will be the location of a new Santini's -- which is a NY style deli (which would make it the 6th total in NoVa area).
