The Springfield Town Center opens tomorrow, October 17, but what exactly will shoppers find at the newly-renovated mall?

A fair amount of the familiar and a lot of empty, is what it seems like.

While a press release by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust trumpets that the mall is 81% occupied, when you take away anchor stores, the occupancy drops to 61%.

At its opening, the Springfield Town center will have 78 stores and other businesses ready to take your money, with another 19 coming soon.

For comparison, the Springfield Mall had 117 stores and was 95% leased when it opened in 1973.

Guys, will you ever think twice and quit saying Springfield Town Center will be MS-13's capitol? Seriously, FFXU is full of pessimists who imagine crime and downfall of everyday stuff.

Will there be something you guys will ever be happy and positive (not positive sure, but positive as in good) about? Oh, and MS-13 and takeover of a certain race is never going to happen, as there was no such attack during the Springfield Mall era.

The ones dogging the mall I have copied their ip address and locations and facebook pics so I know what they look like I will fart in their face if I see them hanging at chipotle or dave and busters or if their cheating dog wife goes to nordstroms.

Construction vehicles and equipment scattered about.

Potholes.

A parking lot in total disrepair.

A half empty shopping mall.
