Manuel A. Contreras of Kaiser Place in the county portion of Falls Church allegedly met his victim on Facebook. Police said the two "friended" each other and began communicating often.
Eventually the two agreed to meet in person, and then, police said he allegedly took her captive and held her at his home for the next three months.

So did this guy have here locked away in part of a group home?

Was she an "unaccompanied" minor?
