Information Bulletin

Numerous reports have been made regarding a male, identified as SEAN JAMES TYREE, aka DAVID JOHNSON, approaching female GMU students at various locations around Fairfax City and County and making unwanted verbal contact with the students. Contact has been reported as unwanted and harassing by some of the students. Some of the unwanted contact has been reported as request for name, telephone numbers and invitation to go to another location with TYREE. TYREE identifies himself as a member of the GMU fraternity Pi Kappa Alpha (PIKE). The
local GMU Chapter off PIKE has denied any association with the subject.
If anyone approaches you please use caution when giving out your personal information, and do not go to another location with someone if you do not know them. If you see TYREE on campus, please notify GMU Police immediately at 703-993-2810.

Funny as that is, this guy is not a Mason student, the contact is unwanted, and he's using a fake name. Harassment is like porn - you know it when you see it. It is particularly disturbing that he wants them to go somewhere with him - presumably in his car. That can't be good.

^^ you're right, it is no small mistake but that is what happened. As someone who used to work with him, from what I hear he got head from a girl and "didn't know how old she was."

But known of what the report says is libel or defamatory because it is accurate. They don't even mention his charges either. He has never attended GMU nor was a member of any of their fraternities.
