Isn't it strange that FedEx is only 17 years old and he wants it replaced? I mean, there are stadiums like Lambeau and Soldier Field that have been in the league longer than that dump.

Keep in mind "planning" means this could be 10 years out from opening day, which would make the stadium 30 years in age at that point.
