What happened to nouman pannu (he was thrown out of a moving car)

What happened to nouman pannu? Just recently found out from a couple of people that he wss thrown out of a moving car...why and how could someone be so harsh and do something like that to someone??!

He was thrown from the car and landed on the ground. Gravity likely played a part in this.

After reading the report, it would be real helpful if his friend cited in the report, "Gabriel" come forward with information.
