FCPS just violated Federal law

They just asked all staff to record their vaccination status in a Google Doc.

Serious violation.

Unfortunately that is not a HIPPA violation. There is no violation of any law for an employer to ask your vaccination status.

Actually an employer can ask health related questions legally. Some health information is considered to be confidential, so the information must be collected and stored in a way that preserves confidentiality. Other health information is not confidential.

Example: If an employee comes into work drunk or hung over and is manifesting signs of having a drinking problem, that is not confidential information. The fact a person has been diagnosed as an alcoholic is confidential information.

What else is new? FCPS violates laws on a daily basis because their employees are racist, prejudice, pedophiles, assholes, sex offenders, child abusers, domestic violence supporters, rapists, morons, and all around unethical fucktards. Many of them are not in the education business anymore because they get caught in their shenanigans and get fired but many of them are still at their jobs abusing your kids. Some of them that got fired are in hiding, in prison, or trying to sell you a car or shitty real estate because they still have to pay the bills even though they got booted out of education.
