What is the current policy in Fairfax County legal system re evicting tenants who can't/won't pay rent?

Get some friends and do an after-hours private eviction. I've done two and am lined up for another Christmas week unless a rent check clears. I'm tired of the bullshit excuses. And they're women, they're black, and have children.

Talk to your lawyer. The days when a Virginia landlord could navigate eviction laws are for the moment over.

Whatever you do do not try to pull off a self help eviction. They have been illegal in Virginia for some time, but now they are cracking down on landlords who try them.

Figure at least 9 months in to get a deadbeat out and several thousand dollars to the lawyer for multiple court appearances and motions and court fees you'll never recover

If you have a dozen rental property's figure at least 40 percentile no return in Democrat controlled areas

If you don't have at least a dozen properties figure on losing your ass unless your properties are all paid off with no mortgages and you have at least 10 grand cash in the bank for each property your going to rent out to pay the lawyer to get the bums out. You will make some money ..It JUST TAKES TIME LOTS OF TIME AND REPAIRS AND LEGAL FEE MONEY

If you are the deadbeat relax the Democrats are working overtime to keep you from paying rent just keep voting for them and consider yourself lucky a illegal did not get the place first. Even better: Learn how to invest in REITS, real estate investment trusts. Put the nice fortunes you will make from not investing in your money pit houses and learn how to trade and invest in a nice portfolio of REITs. No tenant headaches, no reconstructions after each mob of tenants moves out, no thefts, no drug raids every Fri and Sat night, no rooster/dog fights at midnight in the back yard, no loud parties keeping the neighbors up all night, no basement meth labs set up to make a clandestine living, no senors inviting 30-40 members of their south of the border friends and extended families up to stay and partake freely of the geld from the welfare state---just nice flows of pure cash every month.
