You sure the bitter franchisee got the message? Sometimes they act like they don't know that corporate has been running special promotions?

A couple of years ago some guy on here hit up 10 7-Elevens and got free surplee's. He detailed each experience and which 7-Eleven.

Most 7-11 had no problmes with the free Slurpees.
