Bottom line. If you get a tint ticket, or 1 plate number from another state other than the state your vehicle is registered in, go to court and contest it. YOU WILL WIN!! A police officer cannot enforce his state laws to out of state registered vehicles unless the vehicle has an expired registration because this is universal. Car insurance believe it or not, is not mandatory for some states for example WI never required anyone to have any auto insurance until recently.
