MAN these cops keep pissing me off anybody tell me if they do this to you my brother got in trouble with the cops last summer doing some stupid shit and he got locked up for a while and now they always like to shine there car spot light on our house and they do it alot or they just post up like we know whats going on and all its annoying

I could drive past your house and shine a spotlight on it every hour on the hour if I wanted to - not a damn thing wrong nor would I be violating any laws. So, the fact that the police are keeping tabs on your delinquent brother makes it that much more acceptable.

I'm sorry, but if the cops are following you, you provoked it. Maybe unintentionally, but you did it nonetheless.
Years ago, I got harassed by a particular shift from one of the substations. I know what prompted it, and it wasn't a valid reason, but it went on for like eight months. We finally complained to the lead officer on shift after a particularly harassing event and it stopped.
Eventually they find someone else to pay attention to.
