No Dancing Allowed At Bar by Fairfax County Law?

So I went to Bungalows in Chantilly the other night to meet some women after work.

I was shocked to see that the sign on the door said, "County code prohibits dancing . This not a management choice it is county law. Please no dancing."

WTF?

How can a Fairfax County code prohibit dancing?

That's getting way out of line, I don't care what the reason is!

Ahhh...

This month, Eileen M. McLane, the county’s zoning administrator, told the Board of Zoning Appeals that her agency has been reining in huge establishments that pass themselves off as restaurants with incidental dancing but operate as virtual nightclubs and disturb residential neighborhoods.

Although the current zoning ordinance says a restaurant’s dance floor may use one-eighth of the dining area, McLane said zoning administrators have been analyzing the overall design and purpose of establishments that morph into nightclubs.

McLane said the ordinance on restaurant dance floors was written in 1975, when most restaurants were small. In recent years, some establishments that call themselves restaurants have become huge, opening the door to much bigger dance floors.

Maria Aguilar, who owns Fast Eddie’s Billiard Cafe in Fairfax County,

? fairfax county (sharon bull o va) had nigger police doing watch and took the license from the original owner = forced original owner to short-sell after starting up the place and getting a customer base

infact that's how i lost a couple of my jobs - bull o va's foreigners stalkign white workers

--------------------
did maria aguilar get this by a loan through sharon bull o va's democrats ? or did she clean allot of houses and had really low rent ?

i doubt she's a longtime american who earned allot of money, saved, and bought a franchise. i really doubt it it is a coincidence given how the original place was closed.
