There will be delays in Springfield. It will start after they complete the 95/395 express lanes and here is why. EVERYONE WHO DOES NOT HAVE 3 PEOPLE IN THEIR VEHICLE AND JUMPS IN THE EXPRESS LANES WILL HAVE TO EXIT AT THE NEW FLYOVER RAMP THAT IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION JUST NORTH OF EDSALL RD. THE 95/395 PAY TO USE THE EXPRESS LANES ENDS AT THAT POINT. ANYONE IN THE EXPRESS LANES AFTER THIS POINT MUST HAVE 3 PEOPLE. THAT'S BECAUSE THAT IS THE POINT WHERE HOV 3 WILL BEGIN. STATE POLICE WILL TICKET ANYONE AFTER THAT POINT THAT DOES NOT HAVE 3 FOLKS IN THEIR CAR. EVEN IF YOU PAID TO GET IN THE EXPRESS LANES THE LAST POINT TO GET OUT IS WHAT I HAVE MENTIONED ABOVE. THERE WILL BE GRID LOCK ON THE 95/395 CORRIDOR JUST BECAUSE OF THIS. GOOD LUCK WITH THIS MESS VA.

ON ANOTHER POST ON THIS SITE SOMEONE POSTED PHOTO OF THE TOLL TO USE THE 495 Express LANES. if YOU FOT IN THEM AT ROBINSON TERMIANL AND GOT OUT NORTH OF THE DULLES TOLL ROAD IT WOULD COST YOU $10.95 AT 8:30AM ON A WEEKDAY.
