Elementary school SCA election fraud?

What should I do if I suspect fraud in an elementary school SCA election? The girl who won president has a father who is in charge of running the election. He is also the school counselor. She also won Vice President last year. Once again, her father was in charge of the election. The one who won Vice President, has a mother who is president of the PTA and has been years now. The mother is very involved in that school. I know this is only elementary school but something is not right. It seems like there is conflict of interest here and the other well qualified students don't have a chance.

I take it that by "other qualified students" you mean your kid. You really do have too much time on your hands.

So since your kid did not win, it must be fraud? By any chance are you a teabagger? Maybe you could take it to the supreme court. Or maybe you could go on Fox news and whine about it for the next 10 years.

People who are on the PTA are like HOA members. Insignifcant useless people with lots of free time who want power. Get used to it.

Both of those girls are well liked. I'm not surprised that they won.

Sounds more like a whining libtard to me.

Whining's what they do best.

The school parent organizations are very inbred. And so if all their kids are running for office, it is a done deal. Politics and power and pedigree at the elementary school level.

These things happen in ALL the elm schools. Everyone knows high level PTA parents and the teacher's kids get all the special spots. If you are not highly involved "they" will not let your child advance. And God forbid if you tick off one of the PTA chicken-heads, you and your child will be doomed, I know this from experience. It's all as rigged as can be. I wouldn't stress over it. Make sure your child learns self esteem and learns to work from their own merit, not what mommy and daddy do for them. I've noticed most of the popular kids from high school ended up waiting tables and the shy, studious kids ended up lawyers and company VPs. Just focus on your child getting a good education and they will be fine.

Sally Hansen sums it up.
Don't get sucked into the parent politics.
A lot of the popular kids totally fall apart after high school.

Maybe your kid is just a loser! No conspiracy.

SCA officers don't have too much power anyway. Let them have their 15 minutes of fame.

Excellent point, but need to add something about the irony that there's no actual power associated with what they devote so much energy toward, thus resulting in a Don quixote-like quest, only fatter.
