I used to go to Down Dog Yoga in Georgetown. I stopped after one time when I bent over at the waist and suddenly had terrible diarrhea in my yoga pants. Most people there were sympathetic, but I could tell that a couple were horrified / disgusted at the horrible mess and smell. I thought that was very rude and I didn’t go back.
