Meet dozens of job recruiters at the Fairfax 50+ Employment Expo on Friday, May 30, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax.
Attend seminars on changing careers, online job searching, continuing education, starting your own business, job training, and job interviewing.
Admission and parking are free. No registration is necessary – just drop by!
Fairfax County Board of Supervisors Chairman Sharon Bulova and David Gamse, executive director of the Jewish Council for the Aging, will welcome participants at noon. Following this, Joyce A. Russell, vice dean of the University of Maryland’s School of Business and contributor to the Washington Post’s Capital Business, will discuss the importance of job coaching.
The event is sponsored by the Jewish Council for the Aging, Fairfax County and community partners.
