apparently this is happening locally with kids, I think cannabis is to blame.I heard two people, (youngish, about 17/18) discussing where they would get the tools and when their parents would be out of town.

If I sold beer and gave big money to campaigns, I'd tell everyone pot is bad, and that I had less money to give to campaigns because of pot.
