Seriously. The place was shit for the last 5-10 years. Last time I was in there dude was manning the griddle and sliding plates down the bar, shattering on the floor. This was breakfast time on a weekend.
However, if they're going to take the place down and put up a fucking Walgreens/Bank/Starbucks/CVS/etc...people really need to start chaining themselves to the old building. I don't know what you'd put there that is actually needed and warranted, but there's a list of things that we don't need anymore of that's a mile long...
Curious if that Bullshit used car place next door is done too and there will be some large commercial space put in there.
