Oh say it's not so - This was one of the few places left of the old Fairfax.

The phone has been cut off - WTF

Great place to go after the movies at Super 29 Drive In - The ladies took good care of us, and we got beer there at 2:30am when we ran out.

Guess the land is worth too much - Going to build another fucking Walgreens?

It was open about a week ago and the phone was shut off then. Are you going by the phone being off or did you drive by? They have been cutting back their hours for a few months not staff.

Seriously. The place was shit for the last 5-10 years. Last time I was in there dude was manning the griddle and sliding plates down the bar, shattering on the floor. This was breakfast time on a weekend.

However, if they're going to take the place down and put up a fucking Walgreens/Bank/Starbucks/CVS/etc...people really need to start chaining themselves to the old building. I don't know what you'd put there that is actually needed and warranted, but there's a list of things that we don't need anymore of that's a mile long...

Curious if that Bullshit used car place next door is done too and there will be some large commercial space put in there.

I hope they put in a mattress store in that location. This would reduce my drive to my current mattress store by an entire block every nine years when I change my mattress.
