Police are looking for Ryan Rigney Fry, 56, of Woodbridge, who is wanted on charges of attempted malicious wounding and felony hit and run over a parking lot altercation in Manassas.
It happened on March 17 around 5:10 p.m. in the 5500 block of Ashland Community Square.
A 26-year-old man reported to police he was driving through the parking lot when another vehicle backed out of a parking space and struck his vehicle.
The two drivers got into a verbal altercation, and as the victim attempted to contact police, the other driver got back into his vehicle and pulled forward.
“In doing so, the vehicle struck and pushed the victim out of the way,” Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok said.
The victim was able to move to avoid getting run over by the car.
Police were able to identify the driver and issue warrants on April 6, but have been unable to locate Fry.
His last known address was in the 17400 block of Wilson Street in Woodbridge.
