DAJAX I know where the best is..South of A River ..in a Dilapidated Trailer shack..! And Rays Has Got the same White Diner China I have..LOL! Older Buffalo , Syracuse or Homer Laughlin..

Wal Mart Choice Angus 1 1/4 inch to 1 1/2 inch thick bout 12 dollars pals..rare with a outer sear char a bit..It was one f the best Ive had.. You got to get a 22 1/2 Weber with a steak grate Pals..

Rays NY Strip is 31 $$ for a 12 OZ..Plus the rest..Relax pals and save big ..Like all Wal Mart Shoppers!!

Green Giant Creamed Spinich is good for a 1.50 ..must be chemicals..and the taste comes from SALT..But not bad..5 minutes in the Microwave..thats It!! I will be experimenting with this dish..Its a great one..to perfect from scratch.. Chopped Fresh Spinach Butter..Cream..flour..Minced onion and garlic..In Due time!!..Mean time The 5 minute one was good! Stouffers is too the baked one..

The NY Strip Angus Choice Beef was 12 bucks..cooked Med Rare ..The flavor comes from the slightly charred exterior with the cross hatch marks from that Weber grill..Mashed Taters like Rays..and Hobo Junction beer..Ice Cold always the best!!

On Homer Laughlin China Too..!!

DAJAX Your Pal..Its Summer.. get cooking Out!! seeing that Rays Steak..I hadda do it!!
