What is happening in Fair Lakes Shopping center?

We left the shopping center half an hour ago and multiple fire trucks and ambulances were streaming into the shopping center what is going on?

Lets see, at 5-5:30am, its mostly dark, less lights in shopping center, even with the time change overnight. Also whatever happened, 14-15 hours before, the police and emergency services had cleared up and finished their onsite investigation for the most part hours before.

There was a fire in the townhome community next to the shopping center. The renters of the townhome were illegally subletting their basement to an illegal hispanic woman and her 11 year old son. The 11 year old was left home alone and started the fire in the basement. The renters are fucked. Caused over $120,000 worth of damage.

The 11 year old murdered them to avoid paying the rent. FCFD got a tip that the fire was at this location.
