Crane tips over, prompts HOV closure on I-395

One HOV lane on Interstate 395 will be closed through the evening rush hour Thursday after a construction crane tipped over near Duke Street in Alexandria.

The Virginia Department of Transportation said the crane, being used for 95 Express Lanes work, isn’t blocking travel lanes, but crews need to close the lane to make room for equipment to right the crane.

If the HOV work is union, they imported them from Onlymexicansherebaby, Mexico. Roadwork as such is done by rats.
