FCPS OPEN 2 HOURS LATE ON WEDNESDAY MARCH 5TH. MAKING THE 9TH DELAY OF THE 2013-2014 SCHOOL YEAR.

Yup. It's on the site: All Fairfax County public schools will open two hours late on Wednesday, March 5. Offices will open on time. Details.
