really? I might have to see if some of my fellow cliftonites will sell me some, because fresh-out-of-the-hen eggs are the only correct eggs to use for eggs benedict... something to do with the lack of coagulation that has occurred.

I think the general store in town usually has some for sale that various locals provide.
