I've used FH Furr for the last couple of years for repairs to my AC and furnace. They just installed a new HVAC system in December. They have always been good.

One thing to look for is someone that is NATE certified. It is the best certification for the HVAC industry. http://www.natex.org/

I don't remember anyone at Furr being NATE certified. But they still did good work.

Been very pleased with M.E. Flow. Great work, prompt service calls (actually show up on time), and reasonably priced.

Richard's in Falls Church has always been prompt, responsive and offered fair pricing for our HVAC needs. They replaced a blower motor for me today. I don't think it was even two hours from when I called to their arrival and I don't have a service contract. You could try Angie's List or Washington Checkbook for other reviews. Good luck.

Try AAA #1 Best American Contracting. They're the first ones listed in the Yellow Pages, so you know they're good.

Plus, they keep costs down by hiring illegals and then murdering them at the end of the job to avoid paying them. Those savings are passed on to you.

My 18 year old downstairs Trane unit stopped blowing cold in May. Ugh.

The previous HVAC people I have worked with are so middle of the road, I haven't even bothered to give them a Yelp review.

So, I went back to Yelp and found Airbenders.

Their customer service gal wasn't stellar on the phone. But, their deal was okay, so I had them come out.

At 10am the next day David arrived. I explained my problem and told him I wasn't in the financial place to buy a new unit. He proudly stated, "I'm a fixer, not a replacer!"

Two hours, and $200 later, "This will definitely get you through the summer"!

"If I have an issue can I call back and ask for you?"

"Of course!", he replied!

Here we are almost in October and our a/c has been blowing ice cubes all summer!

Thank you Airbenders, and especially ERIC!

When our ancient Trane really gives up the ghost, we will be calling you!

The most honest, professional and speedy company I was able to find. I live in a 3 floor townhouse and about 6 months ago we started noticing a loud noise coming from our duck system on 3rd floor and not only that, it was becoming extremely cold on the 3rd floor while our 2nd and 1st floor was not getting any air through the vents. We were able to tolerate in until recently when winter came around and our 3rd floor was getting to 85 degrees while the other floors were only 60 degrees. The loud noise was getting unbearable for us when we would sleep. We called Air Benders based on a recommendation from a neighbor and the technician came in and after explaining what was wrong. He he went down to our garage and said I believe "the problem is your dampers because they are closed" and did somethings in our hvac room and everything was back to normal. David was our technician and to me he as like a doctor who knew his patient very well. Great company and we will surely be recommending them to everyone.

The names couldn't be move obvious either. At least use a name such as "fuxstick" and don't register either.

Airbender Fairfax
Airbender Northern Virginia
Airbender - Hvac
airbender - shady promoting
airbender - fake reviews
airbender - caution

Will you Air Benders employees please stop posting? We have used both Shaw Services and Mann-In. Both are very good. Check out the rankings in Consumers Checkbook.

This says "we are almost in Octtober"???? If you are going to post this BS praise at leads don't rip it from prior BS post. Tells me ERIC and Airbenders are not trustworthy.
