Best places in the DMV to purchase upscale belts/boots?

Newish to the area and looking for snakeskin or alligator belts/shoes. Any idea on where to pick them up in either Virginia, Maryland or DC?

Where's the best place for a man to catch either alligator or snake, skin and make your own boots? You think boots and belts make you look tough then maybe you should earn it.
