Low flying helicopter over burke?

Anyone know why there was a helicopter hovering over Burke for 20 min just now? Near Signal Hill.

The main roters on the helicopter were generating lift with a force equal and opposite to the force of gravity acting on its mass.

The fuel supplying the engines allowed this to go on for 20 minutes.

A local contractor has been hiring illegals and then murdering them at the end of the job to avoid paying them. FCPD got a tip that the bodies were buried at that location.
