hovering helicopter

Has someone escaped from Boys Probation House or the jail. There is a police helicopter as loud as anything just hovering forever very low behind Windswept Farm and the high tension power line/gas line and park land. Been there for at least 20 minutes. I think they are heat seeking someone.

Called the FC police. It was not their helicopter. So probably they were checking the powerhigh tension wires. Who knows just feel safer knowing there isn't some escapee hiding in these woods.

The helicopter was right over my house and neighborhood at 2:50. The only thing is there arent really any power lines where it was hovering so not sure?! It was over head, looked like it was following/tracking something, superlow, practically over my neighbor's backyard Was there for 10-15 min, then took off towards Braddock Rd west.

A local illegal has been murdering all the local contractors that have been hiring illegals and then murdering them at the end of the job to avoid paying them. The FCPD have yet to receive a tip on the location of the bodies.

They have been using the Helicopter to find frozen people in the woods. Here is the actual video of the rescue -
