Open Carry in Fairfax Question

I was thinking about joining the Fairfax Citizens DWI Patrol to go after drunk drivers. Can I open carry while doing my volunteer work?
My cousin is out on parole. He was found guilty of a violent crime. I only have a few misdemeanors on my record. Can he do his part to better the community by accompanying me while I am on rounds with an open carry for the Fairfax Citizens DWI Patrol?
I think women drive drunk more then men. So while I am open carrying with paroled violent crime convicted cousin doing our part for the FCDWIP - we will focus are efforts on younger women leaving the bars alone. We will follow then and force them off the road to inspect their person and car. If we feel a crime was committed, we will call the police. We would be real good about that.
I prefer dark haired girls. My cousin thinks bloundes. We will have to work on that.
My cousin is excited. He cant wait to join me at the Fairfax Citizens DWI Patrol! His parole officer will absolutely be excited for him!

Yeah, I would open carry while doing the DWI patrol (as long as you can legally own the gun). I OC all the time in Fairfax County. More people should OC around here.
