Look @ this NPR study on how living in Fairfax County, VA adds another $3,749 to annual incomes of poor kids that grew up in this area (dated May 4th of this year, see the graph in the story):

Anyone and everyone on section 8 is trying to move to Fairfax for the better lifestyle- and since a vast majority of section 8 are immigrants....there it is.
They simply want a better lifestyle for their kids and are willing to live 10 to a $1,700 a month 2 bedroom apartment to have their kids go to school here....
And of course since the immigrannts are now a majority of the county workers- guess what, the hispanic or indian (dot) are going to get picked for the public housing FIRST.
